Clean room air detection

Clean room, also known as clean room or clean room. It refers to the room specially designed to eliminate the pollutants such as particles, harmful air and bacteria in the air within a certain space range, and control the indoor temperature, cleanliness, indoor pressure, air velocity and air distribution, noise, vibration, lighting and static electricity within a certain demand range. That is to say, no matter how the external air conditions change, the indoor environment can maintain the original performance of cleanliness, temperature, humidity and pressure.


Comprehensive performance test items of clean room

Temperature and relative humidity
The air conditioning system has been running and all conditions have been stable. At least one temperature measuring point shall be set in each temperature control area, and the measuring point shall be set at the working height of the designated position. After the display is stable, the temperature reading of each measuring point shall be recorded. The measurement time shall not be less than 5min, and at least one reading shall be recorded every minute.
Wind speed measurement
For one-way flow clean room, take the section which is 0.3m away from the high-efficiency filter and perpendicular to the air flow as the sampling section. The distance between measuring points on the section should not be greater than 0.6m, the number of measuring points should not be less than 5 points, and the arithmetic mean value of all readings should be taken as the average wind speed.
Air volume
During the test, the air volume hood should cover the whole air outlet firmly, and the four sides of the air volume hood should be close to the four sides of the air outlet. After the screen display value is relatively stable, read and record. The test time of each point shall not be less than 10s, and the number of test points at each test position shall not be less than 3 points. The sum of the air volume of all tuyeres is the total air volume.
Ventilation rate
Air change rate = total air volume of clean room clean room volume
Static pressure difference
The static pressure difference should be measured when all doors are closed. When there is exhaust air, it should be carried out under the condition of maximum exhaust air volume. The pressure difference of adjacent connected rooms should be measured from the innermost room on the plane to the outside until the pressure difference between clean area, non clean area and outdoor environment is measured.
Suspended particles
For any small clean room or local air purification area. The number of sampling points should not be less than 2, and the total number of sampling must be less than 5. a. The sampling points are generally evenly arranged on the horizontal plane 0.8m above the ground; B. the return air outlet should be avoided when arranging the sampling points.
Planktonic bacteria
The minimum number of sampling points is the number of sampling points of suspended particles above. The measuring points in the working area are about 0.8m-1.5m above the ground (slightly higher than the working face); the measuring points at the air supply outlet are about 30cm away from the air supply surface; the measuring points can be added at the key equipment or the key working range. Each sampling point is generally sampled once.
Sedimental bacteria
The position of the sampling point in the working area is slightly higher than that of the working face; place the prepared Petri dish at the sampling point, open the cover of the culture dish, expose the surface of the medium for 0.5 h, and then cover the Petri dish and invert it. The culture conditions were the same as those of planktonic bacteria.

Electrostatic detection
The two test lines of the instrument are placed at both ends of the earth and line respectively, and the two measuring clamps are respectively connected with the two standard electrodes. The standard electrodes are placed on the surface of the object to be measured. After the instrument is stable, the readings are obtained to obtain the resistance value between the two points.
